- Do I need to be home?
No, you do not have to be home, our process is completely mobile. All you have to do is leave your bin(s) out after regular trash & recycling day & we’ll handle the rest.
- How often should my bins be cleaned?
We recommend at least once every month to stay on top of Bacteria & Foul Odors. However, we have multiple service plans available tailored to your needs.
- When will you come to clean my cans?
We come the day after garbage has been picked up, we might come the day of garbage pick-up depending on your garbage pick-up time.
- What if my bin aren’t empty?
Bins must be empty to be cleaned. If debris is left behind, a $8 fee may apply for bagging. Excessive waste or feces cannot be serviced.
- Am I locked in a contract?
No! Our service is customizable. you can adjust the service whether you need to Pause, Reschedule, Stop at any time within the term rules of each service plan. We are confident you won’t want to go back to smelling those foul odors anymore! Please read the full Service Terms & Conditions for all details.
- Does your service remove foul-odor (Smell)
Yes, bin cleaning removes foul-odors by eliminating the bacteria and buildup that causes the smell. In most cases, one cleaning makes a big difference. For heavily soiled bins, it may take more than one service to completely eliminate the odor.
- What if I need to reschedule my cleaning?
Not a problem, please contact us in advance so we can schedule you on another cleaning. please keep in mind that due to our schedule, we may not be able to add you for 4 weeks. if the client alerts us in advance, there will be no charge for rescheduling. If the client fails to notify us in advance, the client will be subject to a rescheduling fee if we show up with no bins to be cleaned.
